+ What does yoga mean to you? It's the journey to the inner self, its merging the outer world to the inner world in order to creat balance and harmony in your life. + How has your yoga practice changed since doing teacher training? My practice is more alive than ever, I got to connect in a deeper way having an amazing body awareness. You can find amazing teachers in life, but you can find THE teacher that changes the way you practice in the most beautiful way, you can go to many yoga studios but you can find THE studio that holds the space for you to grow, that gives you a yoga family, and more.

You can enjoy Cynthia's classes on Thursdays at Noon and 6pm and Fridays at Noon
