    Let’s start ith the warriors! Break down, maodify and really dive deep nto Warrior 1, 2, and 3 (Virabhadrasana). The name is derived from the Sanskrit vira, meaning “hero,” bhadra, meaning “friend,” and asana, meaning “pose.

  • May 17: 4-5pm | Plank to Chaturanga

    Discover and practice how to create a safe and strong plank with modifications for all. Then, discover tips and techniques to practice chaturanga pose. Variations for all will be offered. Take the time to deeply feel this pose to set your practice up for life.

  • June 9: 4-5pm | Crow/Crane

    For many of us, our first attempt at an arm balance isn’t always successful (or pretty), which makes this type of yoga pose challenging to the body and the ego. Bakasana (Crane Pose) and Kakasana (Crow Pose) are among the first arm balances that many students achieve. Discover how everyone can try this pose and enjoy the benefits.

These complimentary bonus breakdown workshops are limited in space to 20 people. They are reserved as a perk to our current (not suspended) Platinum Unlimited Members. The goal is to keep learning, adjusting, modifying and taking the time for one-on-one opportunities for growth.
