Why did you initially sign up for a Yoga Teacher Training:
I wanted to deepen my practice and understanding of yoga.
What was the biggest hurdle for you in deciding to sign up for a training?
Finances initially, but I was offered a scholarship and knew it was time to take the leap.
What was biggest surprise from your yoga teacher training?
Starting to teach and building a business upon graduating.
What was your favorite part of yoga teacher training?
Practicing yoga and analyzing the flows.
How has your practice changed?
I am more aware of my body in space, how it moves and should feel in different postures, and how to prepare my body for advanced postures.
