    It all begins with an all levels yoga practice to awaken your body, mind and spirit. Kim will lead us in a joyful flow to set the tone for our day.

  • Expand with Jessica

    Discover the magic and power of myofascial release with Jessica. You will learn how to use tennis balls to release tension, create space and ease sore muscles.

  • Create with Jennifer

    We all need a little more creativity and curiosity in our lives, right? You will create your own custom bath salts to take home and keep the retreat vibes flowing.

  • Experience with Jody

    Experience the calming benefits of private Reiki with Jody. Through light touch or hands just above the body, Reiki encourages deep relaxation, relieves stress, and restores energetic harmony.

  • Renew with Katrina

    Align your chakra system through a crystal bowl sound bath and meditation. Katrina will share her gifts and create a space of relaxation and renewal through sound, vibration and breath.
