Known as the "Green Heart of Italy," Umbria boasts rolling hills, vineyards, and ancient towns that seem to have been frozen in time.

Yoga for all

Enjoy daily yoga, meditation and movement classes in one of the three indoor and outdoor studios.
We will start each day with guided movement to set the intention of the day. Yoga just hits different when you are on vacation.
Everyone and all level are welcome. All classes are optional and taught in fun, accessible and inclusive manners.
Private Pasta Making Class

Could there be anything better than startig the day with yoga and then lookng forward to your own, private pasta making class?
We will enjoy a fest for the eyes and the belly. Learn to make Italian pasta from scratch.
We will discover the real Italian secrets to pasta and sauce. Then, sit down, pour a glass and really live LA DOLCE VITA!
Experience and Explore Orvieto

Enjoy a private adventure day to one of the lcal villages. Visit the splendid city of Orvieto and have your breath taken away by one of the most beautiful Cathedrals that you will ever see, home to the iconic cappella di San Brizio that inspired Michelangelo's sistine chapel. When you arrive you will enjoy a tasting where you will realize what real gelato is and how to recognize the imposters. For lunch you will stop at a small family run business to meet Matteo the cat, and enjoy a tasting of the family's wine along with lunch followed by some free time for shopping at the unique artisan shops of Orvieto.
Become a "Green Witch" Class

This workshop includes a lesson on herbal remedies for therapeutic and cosmetic purposes with focus on plants that are easily accessible also in the guests homeland as well as in stores. Participants will each be supplied with their own kit to produce an ointment to take home, with the help and supervision of the teacher, Asia. All ingredients supplied are provided by the teacher herself and are the ones she uses in her own production. Asia has been working with plants for thirteen years. The herbs she uses in her products are for the most part wild and all harvested by hand by herself. The olive oil is produced by her family and other ingredients like bees wax are sourced from local small producers from the same mountains where Asia lives and harvests.

The atmosphere

Twelve cozy rooms on the ground floor of the holiday farm await guests with all the comforts needed for the best vacation in Castel Giorgio, in the heart of Umbria. Each ground floor room has an outdoor porch overlooking our beautiful park. Simple yet charming, our rooms are furnished in a colonial style.

Like all other rooms in the holiday farm, our guest rooms have been rennovated with the most innovative natural architectural criteria: only natural mortar, paint and wax. The rooms are also shielded from electromagnetic fields to ensure that our guests can truly relax. Water is heated by a solar panel system and electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.

With twin beds (double singles, doubles, queen beds and triples are available) and private bathrooms, our rooms offer all the comfort you need for an authentic natural vacation in Umbria.

*All rooms are meant to be shared unless you book a private room. If you want to be with a friend (s), please let us know. We will group people together in shared rooms the best we can.

Included: All yoga and other classes, private transportation to and from the Rome airport (as long as flights arrive in specific window with the group), delicious meals daily, private pasta making class, private adventure to local hill town including guided tour of cathedral and wine and gelato tasting and light lunch, onsite “green witch” herbal ointments making class.

When booking the Double or Triple room, please let us know if you are traveling with a friend and want share a specific room. If you do not designate a person (s), we will do our best to group people into rooms to share.
Please note: a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $750 is needed to secure your spot and sign up. We can set up a payment plan for the remainder of the balance should you wish, but all payments in full are due by Dec. 5, 2024.
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your trip, you will only be refunded the cost of your trip (less the non-refundable deposit) should you cancel PRIOR to Nov. 1, 2024. Any cancellation AFTER Nov. 2, 2024 will only be issued a refund if we sell your spot at full price. This includes illnesses (including Covid and any Covid related symptoms or complications), emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.
Travel insurance is recommended. A travel insurance policy including trip cancellation and interruption, baggage, accident, emergency assistance and medical assistance is always a good idea. We strongly encourage you to protect yourself and buy travel insurance.
