Twist Yoga Mentorships for Yoga Teachers

Have you graduated from Yoga Teacher Training and feel like you want some more one-on-one mentoring with a senior teacher?

Did you graduate a while ago and want to dive deeper into something specific to refresh and recharge? The Twist Yoga Teacher Mentorship program may be a good fit for you:

Meet with your teacher privately
Option to assist in public classes
Help gain a better understanding of hands-on assists and sequencing

This program is designed to help you and allows you to not only observe a live class but to meet one on one with your preferred teacher (Ali Matt, Heidi McInroe, Jessica Baker, Cynthia Pedraza or Jennifer Pahl) to dive deeper into areas that you are interested in and/or want to dive a little deeper in a more focused way.

What to expect:

Observe the class your teacher is teaching

Meet for 45 minutes after or before class (depending on the teacher's/your availability class) to discuss the topics you are wanting to cover and ask questions.

This mentorship counts towards continuing education and we will provide you with a certificate of completion at the end.
