Mommy & Me YOGA

Sundays 2-3pm with Angela Elliot, this 6 weeks series is the perfect opportunity for mamas to get some much needed yoga in! With all the stress (and joy) that comes with a new baby, give yourself the gift of connecting with your breath, quieting the mind, and moving your body.
You will leave each class feeling stronger in your body and lighter in your spirit. We will work on yoga poses that help both strengthen and stabilize your postpartum body. Specifically, we will work on releasing tension from neck, shoulders, hips and lower back.

We’re thrilled to announce the 2016 Twist Yoga 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. This 7 week program starts April 1st and is led by Ali Matt and Jessica Baker, and also feature Kathryn Stocking for the Anatomy and Philosophy weekend workshop module and Sara Ivanhoe for the History and Philosophy module.
Geared towards those who want to teacher yoga and those who want to dive deeper into their own practice, it will give you the opportunity to explore your individual yoga journey in a unique and meaningful way.
