Myofascial Release Workshop

Feel like you need to go to physical therapy or a chiropractor too often?
This 90 minute workshop will teach you the amazing technique of self-massage with tennis balls. You’ll learn how to break down knots, release sore spots, and get instant relief with these simple techniques you can use anywhere!
Stephen will focus on the most common sore spots like shoulders, back, feet, hips, and hamstrings. Simple rolling with tennis balls, and breathe work can relieve chronic pain, and begin to foster the release of facia that has built up around sore spots.
