Four weekly 1.5 hour classes with Kristin (recorded for you to view at a later date if you miss the Thursdays)
Three 20 minute guided mediations with Kristin to give you a set time to practice what you are learning (Mondays at 7:00am). You’ll simply longin to your account and practice wherever you are!

About Kristin Fritz
Kristin Fritz is a certified meditation teacher, inspirational speaker, and founder of 24/7 LOVE – a transformational platform for awakening, inspiring and activating more love in the world.
Kristin’s training includes the University of California San Diego Center for Mindfulness, Davidji’s Masters of Wisdom Teacher Certification, Coach Training Alliance, and HeartMath Institute. She is an ambassador for Lululemon and Yoga2Life Coaching. She also travels annually to India and Sri Lanka with her spiritual mentor to deepen her realization of the Vedic teachings.
Kristin specializes in helping people embrace their everyday experience as a practice for personal and global transformation. With an emphasis on ease and simplicity, she delivers practical tools and insights for a lifestyle of less stress and more purpose.
